Holiday resorts in Cyprus vary greatly in what they offer, meaning there really is something for everybody.

Popular resorts for sun, sea and sand holidays include Larnaca, Nissi Bay and Protaras. These destinations are ideal for a relaxing break or a family holiday, with plenty to see and do if you decide to leave their beautiful beaches for a day or two.

Other Cyprus resorts offer unrivalled nightlife and attract a huge young and lively crowd. Ayia Napa is the top spot for clubbing, while Paphos, Limassol and Nissi Bay also offer a vibrant night scene but on a slightly smaller scale. 

Quiet, cultural breaks can be found in Nicosia and Famagusta, while the Troodos Mountains offer a glimpse of Cyprus before mass tourism came to the island. If you decide to travel outside the hot summer months you can even enjoy some skiing here while still remaining close to the beach.
